Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the European Union and select international destinations.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 within the EU.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Customs & Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility. ROMAR is not liable for delays caused by customs.
