Refund policy

At ROMAR, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We offer free return shipping on all orders with no restocking fee. All items in our store are eligible for return — we have no final sale restrictions.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact Us page or email us directly. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
